Lift Log is a strength-training tracker. Your privacy is simple with us: we do not collect, store, or share any of your data.
All of your information — workout plans, exercise history, and personal records — is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to any server, and it never leaves your phone.
Lift Log does not require an account, sign-up, or login of any kind.
The app does not collect personal information, usage analytics, or diagnostics, and it does not share any data with third parties. It contains no advertising.
Lift Log does not request access to your camera, contacts, location, or any other sensitive device features.
Because everything lives on your device, uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of your data.
Lift Log does not collect data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address.
